Shipping Information
At this time, we ship ONLY to the 48 continental states.
Delivery Time
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours (2 days) orders placed on Friday will not ship until following Tuesday. The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. The shipping methods available depends on the products purchased.
Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for ordering from longislanddarts.com. We know that you will be pleased with your merchandise. If you do need to return any merchandise for any reason, It’s important that you follow the procedure outlined below. We guarantee that you will like what you buy by offering a 14 days Refund, Return or Exchange policy.
Refunds / Returns
You have to inform us at sales@longislanddarts.com within 14 days if you intend to return/exchange.
State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
- The shipping cost is non-refundable. Along with any other charges imposed by our mail carriers such as commercial address fees and package interceptions (last-minute cancellations).
- The returned item must be in its original/unused condition.
- Returns of damaged or used goods without written authorization will be rejected – these goods will be discarded.
All returned packages complete and/or incomplete are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
If the order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, upgraded shipping, and/or a shipping discount. We will have our shipping costs and/or the shipping discount cost deducted off the item prior to refund.
Exchanges
Our exchanges are in the form of a return for a refund and you can then place a new order anytime at longislanddarts.com at your convenience. This works out to exchange effectively and the net cost to you will still be the same as a ‘traditional’ exchange because the shipping cost is not covered, like in any exchange. The advantage to you is that the processing for your new items can begin as soon as you place the new order, without the need to wait for the return of your old package.
Defects
Defects are extremely rare due to the high quality of the production process. However, if you believe that the product that you have received is defective:
- Do not use the product. As soon as the product is used, there is no way to prove whether the defect was due to manufacturing or damaged by the user.
- Take clear macro (the flower icon on your camera) photos of the defect and send them to sales@longislanddarts.com
- We will arrange the pick-up of the defective item(s).
